FNB Connect and Digital Service

There is no service. I ordered a Device on the 13/09/21 before 09:00 received notification that delivery will be on or before 15/09/21, I'm still waiting... I have been calling but no luck. it's like they're doing me a favour. FNB and digital planet i'm very disappointed :(
