FNB connect and Digital planet trouble

Bought a laptop with FNB connect on the 28th November. 01/12/2025 Ram came to deliver the laptop but they went back with it because FNB didn't send third party details to Ram courier for the person to receive the parcel . 2/12/2025 Laptop deliver and when I switched it on it had a line on the screen from top to bottom. 3/12/2025 around 9:00 I called Digital planet and I was told I will get a call shortly to be assisted with troubleshooting the laptop. Received a call from the troubleshooting team after 14:00 and they send an email with troubleshooting instructions, If troubleshooting fail they will fetch the laptop . Did the troubleshooting and failed and responded with an email to Digital planet. No communication on the 4th from Digital planet. 5/12/2025 I called Digital planet and they meant to call me. Now I must send picture of the laptop to exclude water and physical damage. Spoke yo their team leader Thando but he is giving me more problems not solution.

Please FNB come and collect your laptop because I can't deal with *********** Digital planet staff. I bought the laptop with FNB not Digital planet
