FNB connect and debt review issues

I have been a FNB customer for years. I even got the Smart Phone from FNB and the R399 pm unlimited calls contract. I recently had to go under debt review in order for me to be able to pay my creditors. Since the debt review process has started it has been impossible for me the pay this R399 pm contract because for some reason each time I go to FNB or phone the call centre they tell me that I have to pay arrears interest before I can pay my cellphone contract, and I have also tried obtaining a copy of the contract by going into FNB more than 6 times, and each time they put me on the phone with some FNB connect center that PROMISES to sent the contract within 48h, but it has been months now and still no feedback. Point is, I have to be under debt review to ba able to pay my creditors and because of this FNB does not allow me to pay my cellphone contract. Why can't I just pay them? If it was a network provider like Vodamcom or CellC, they would never even be interested if I am under debt review or not, as long as I pay them. But because FNB has access to my financial situation now they decide that I cannot pay my cellphone contract? This is pathetic. I will be advising everyone about FNB connect's 0 response rate and ability to help me as n customer trying to pay them what I owe them in the best way I can.
