FNB connect almost as bad as Telkom

Absolute pain dealing with FNB connect. First have to call into a call centre that takes forever to answer (apparently they have high call volumes EVERYDAY ???!!!). Then they tell you your number is cancelled because of inactivity even though prepaid data is bought regularly. And now they inconvenience you by telling you to apply for a brand new number. And then I get cut off (was on the call with Anastasia, 13h00 on 1 July 2024) . ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC . NEVER going to take out a connect sim again
