FNB Connect

I have made several attempts over the past 72 hours to contact the bank in order to port my number to Vodacom, but they have consistently failed to assist me. I’m frustrated and exhausted from repeatedly calling without any resolution. To make matters worse, I’m no longer receiving incoming calls. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend FNB for mobile services. Avoid using FNB for your call network needs.
