FNB Connect

Good day,

I took out a new cellphone contract from FNB connect in September. Part of the deal was to get 50GB data free for the first three months. I phoned them in October to find out when I will receive the first 50GB and it was said that my first debit order has to go off on 15 October before it gets allocated. I phoned them again today (21 October) and now they say it has to go off again before it gets allocated which will be in December? What nonsense is this? Don’t be fooled by their ‘free data for the first three months’ deal. I actually took the deal for a reason. Poor poor service and communication.
