FNB Connect absolutely terrible

I am utterly disappointed with the service provided at FNB connect, I have now been on the phone twice for 15 minutes at a time with the call centre to have my issue resolved and both times once I have held on for 7 minutes and finally got hold of a consultant, the call has been cut while they are busy trying to resolve my query and no one tries to call back! This is very poor service and is highly frustrating to keep holding on and then to have the call ended while they are still trying to resolve my query is very very irritating
