FNB Connect

I have been a customer of FNB Connect for several years. I am currently unable to make or receive phone calls in the area that I live, but as soon as I am out of the area, I am able to do so. This problem has persisted for at least 12 days. I have contacted the call centre, the FNB Complaints Centre, and am still unable to make or receive calls. The chat service is useless, I am convinced that the consultants disconnect the call if they are not able to immediately resolve the query.
