FNB Connect

Great story to tell you about FNB Connect, they sold me a defective device which took them eight (8) days to collect after a lot of kicking and screaming. They tell me it will take 3 days to do an assessment of the device and thereafter another 7 days to make a make a final decision.I wish I could also benefit from such flexibility. In the interim, I'm using someone's phone as my number is now on voicemail and cannot communicate with the outside world. FNB Connect keeps sending me email messages to say they can't reach me yet they have their device. With such a circus, who need clowns?
