Fnb connect a *******

<p>I write on behalf of my dad..He received a call from fnb connect telesales almost 3 months ago and the consultant was marketing the triple sim starter pack deal. My dad is old school and does not understand these products and how telesales works. Somewhere along the line of that call he said yes and at the end of june an amount of R600 was debited off his account. He approached fnb umzinto to cancel this order because at that time he hadnt received a starter pack, he was told by the consultant that they do not sell those products and he must call fnb jhb. Upon getting the details my dad has tried to contact the fnb jhb branch but to no avail. The call is never answered and to no surprise another R600 was deducted from his account on the 25 july. This shows total disrespect to a loyal customer that has been banking with fnb for about 20 yrs or so. The details of the account are as follows rica number ********** 05633. The starter pack number ********** 343980 and the account is registered to Mr G Govender. I would like your branch to give my dad a call and fix this mess up.</p>
