FNB Connect
FNB Connect, fnb's cellphone division, are not living up to their "how can we help you" motto. I spent 40min today on the phone, speaking to 4 different agents about 1.43 gigs of data that just disappeared. The last agent acknowledged that by looking at my usage on the 8.04.2020, when I had 1.43gigs, till a few hours later( my battery died in the meantime) when I recharged my phone, and discovered my data disappeared. The agent told me he will escalate my issue and I will get a call back. What I got was an email explaining how data usage work..I know how it works. They will give me an answer in 14 days, if I still think my data disappeared. This is unacceptable Wendy Malgas

11 Apr 2020, 13:46I got an email from FNB Connect stating that I purchased 1gig of data on the 31.03.2020, and that I since used 2gigs, but I still have 500mb to use. This is the story about the data. I bought 1gig on the 31.03, they gave all their customers 1gig on the 3.04.2020, my dispute is about my 1.4gigs that disappeared on the 8.03.2020. On the 10.04, they allocated me 500mbs, 60min, 60sms, which they give me every month as a Private Client . They not addressing the issue that I am disputing
