FNB Connect

Almost a year ago I took out an FNB sim contract , just adding on from the free one they gave me. I realized how expensive and how pathetic the reception is so I decided to cancel it. I did so on the app but it’s not getting stopped. I went into the bank and they keep saying use the app we can’t assist , but in the first place I changed my package in the bank. I can’t understand why they don’t just cancel the damn SIM card because I really don’t want it !!! It’s honestly so frustrating to be debited each month for this **** on top of the ridiculous bank charges.
