FNB CONNECT

Terrible service from FNB Connect.

I have the Talk Max plan, which should include unlimited calls and talk time (minutes). I haven’t been able to make calls since it says that I need to top up my airtime (It’s a contract, I don’t need airtime) and there is NO WAY that I may have used too many minutes because I haven’t even been calling much recently with the terrible reception. I have sent an email to ask for help but after more than a day, I haven’t received any feedback. (So now I’m paying R334 a month for NOTHING.) Very disappointed.
