FNB Connect

I have been approved for a phone on FNB connect. recieved my agreement and accepted it. Now afterwards FNB wants to confirm my Salary. How can you give someone an agreement they accept the agreement and then afterwards you want to do you’re checks? The agreement is signed, it’s a contract.

When I speak to them about it they start talking about t&c’s. I don’t care about the T&C’s they keep phoning me with stupid answers and not a solution. The contract is signed and that’s that.
