FNB CONNECT

This Fnb Connect service is beyond disgusting! I have app**** for a phone end of November 2020, I was approved for all 3 devices, I only wanted 1. I was told i will get it on the 1st week of January, still no phone call! I called them today again to see when will i get my device, now fnb connect says it's not on the system. After numerous calls to fnb connect still no progress! I think I will have to change banks as fnb connect cant do their jobs properly, it has been an ongoing thing and I am now up to the point when I've had enough after using up so much airtime over R800 already just to call the call center and the complaint department and sales! Fnb Connect, Do your Job properly
