FNB connect ****

I am so disappointed, they deserve 0 stars because they're all ****s. Last year I opened my first account at Saveways Mall (the easy account), I was forcefully given a SIM card despite telling them several times I do not want it. I was told I will get 1GB WhatsApp data and 10GB anytime data and it's all ONCE OFF, no payment required after(I asked so many times because I know a **** when I see one). Boom, month end R69 dedication, I was so furious and called them and they told me I needed to call the FNB connect department blah blah blah(Waste of my time) this could've been avoided if they weren't trying to sell the stupid SIM cards, I wonder what they're told by management. Fine, I ended up cancelling it. Earlier this year, I went to FNB Thavhani Mall, because my account was terminated, I was told to open a new one(which I did) Forcefully given the SIM card again, even after I had explained what happened last time. I was reassured no money will be deducted from my account, GUESS what I woke up to this morning? Really ? FNB is a ****. I was told the card cannot leave the store without the SIM card, I told them to register it and then immediately deactivate it, they denied and reassured me it was for free, that lady was old and even told me they've never had problems with customers regarding this issue. I believed her and left with the SIM card(Exactly why I am saying all this is coming from management). I WANT MY MONEY BACK
