FNB Connect

I have a FNB unlimited SIm with With FNB. However, they migrated me without my authorisation. I have tried to resolve the issue as i have had no line since Saturday, 22nd April but the customer service and level of service i have received from the agents there is appaling to say the least. As a customer of FNB for more than 8 years, i have never been so disappointed with their Service. I called in on monday and spoke to Lisa, who advised that it was a system issue. SHe advised that Ray (team leader) will call me back before he leaves at 7pm that day. Having not received a call by 6pm, i called them back where i was told by Ntombi that Ray's shift finishes at 5pm. Ntombi then placed me on hold for 35 minutes where she doesnt get back to me. I called back the same time and an agent answered the call and stayed silent until the call centre operating hours had ended. So now that we established that the FNB connect dept practices customer avoidance, nothing gets done about it. I then called in yesterday, 25th April and spoke to Boitumelo, whom was very rude and in a very rude tone of voice said she told me the process, refused to let me speak to a team leader and then hung up. Is this the calibre of people FNB is hiring and have they now downgraded their level of services? I finally managed to speak to a team leader by the name of P****lo Twala and her manager Mpho Kavuli who is still trying to get my unlimited access back. But why is it taking so long if the problem came from FNB Connect's side? I have not been compensated for the loss of my service for 5 days, however, they were very quick to take the instalment from my account but does not want to provide me with the service??? I want me line reinstated immediately as i have no way of checking up on my kids and should anything happen, FNB Connect will be held liaible. And FNB needs to tell me whats going to happen to those agents whom have no way of talking on a phone but yet were hired by a reputable company. I furthermore want to know, whats going to be done for the day where i was not provided with the service. Im hoping that i receive a response urgently otherwise the ombudsman will then need to be involved
