FNB Connect

A sales consultant convinced me to port my sim card to FBN connect and he told me all these wonderful benefits that FNB connect is offering, he said they will give me a R200 airtime after 10 days of porting and when my salary goes in the account I will also get some MB it has been 2 months now no airtime and no MB. I decided to call them the first person said they will escalate my problem but nothing happened then I called again and the other said the same thing still nothing happened. I called them today and I was told by the one I spoke with today that all those benefits are for people with new accounts, seriously!!! So they falsely advertised to me and the customer service also **** by saying they will escalate the problem while knowing that it was not going to happen, the worst part one of the customer service consultant told me I was not the only one who did not get as they experienced some problems.

WOW I am officially shocked to think that I have been an FNB customer for 17 years but I don't know why I am shocked because they never helped with anything anyway. I think its time I reconsider my relationship with FNB
