Fnb connect

I am a FNB account holder. I was offered the fnb connect sim and was told it is unlimited talk time.

Had the sim card for a few months and suddenly with no warning 😳 got banned. Called the customer care line and they have informed me it is not unlimited talk time and I was in breach of contract.

Needless to say both customer care staff members had a it is what it is attitude and was not helpful at all. Fnb should inform there client what they are actually buying in to.
