I ported my number from Vodacom from 2020 to fnb connect the procedure was so simple and straight forward. Fast forward I started realising a made a huge by porting my number to then. This process of porting from FNB connect to the network of our choice is very unnecessary. How do you deny a client their choice because your network is failing me.
