FNB Connect

<p>I got a FNB phone a few months ago, all was good, i still enjoy the phone, i was paying R95 for 2Gb of data every month, even after the increase, i paid this due to the fact that i have a recurring buy on my bundle, my last purchase on R95 wa in Jan 2017, suddently i get a sms, that my schedule buy is now deleted, i called FNB Connect, and they told me that it was because i am on contract and that is why.</p> <p> </p> <p>My question is who gives any bank/ any one the right to delete anything that is lawful from my Online banking .</p> <p> </p> <p>I am in the financial industry, i am a software developer, i work with this every day of my life.</p> <p> </p> <p>In my 5yrs exp. in this position, did we ever, have the right, to do this, with out consulting the client first.</p>

Reviewer Update

An consultant had called me a promised that the issue will be, restored by 1st March, then the day came, mothing came through, i sent an email and i was told that, they are still busy, something went wrong with, migration, but, they will let me know. Uptill this day, i had no response, please see below email communication.

Good day,
As per last update on got about the restoring of my schedule buy of my 2Gb data, will be restored and
effective 1st March 2017.
I had a look at my Online banking it had not been restored as yet.
Please advise.
