Fnb connect

I've ordered a TV device on fnb and they have canceled the order twice now first time they did not receive my tv license as I send it to them and the second time they canceled it again but they haven't send me anything to link my tv lisence to and been waiting a week and still no tv they approved everything and now they no issues is resolved getting very bad service from fnb..
