FNB Connect

<p>On the 26th September 2016, I bought a phone from FNB Connect. I paid R1500 deposit and R150/pm for 2 years.</p> <p> </p> <p>With the phone, I asked for a 2Gig data sim and to have my number ported. To date, 21 November, I am sitting with a phone that I can't use as FNB Connect failed to send me the sim card and the phone is network locked, which prohibits me from using any other simcard in the phone. </p> <p> </p> <p>I have made numerous calls to FNB Connect, sent emails and even went to FNB, and I have no feedback to my complaints.</p> <p> </p> <p>I wanted to return the phone which I cannot use and was told that I cannot return the phone, but no proper explanation was given. </p> <p> </p> <p>Digital Planet, the courier service, claimed that they came to my residence twice, and no one was available. In fact, I was on leave on the days they claimed they were there.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have, on three occasions, asked to speak to a manager and every time get told that they are in meetings and that they will get back to me.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am yet to hear from anyone at FNB Connect.</p> <p> </p> <p>Very poor "service". They took my money and provide zero service.</p>
