Fnb connect

There has been a debit order for a Xs topup i never agreed to nor did they contact me to ask me if i want to have a top up on my fnb sim which i no longer use since i paid my connect contract in full amount in May... I cant even stop or reverse or cancel the debit order on my fnb app because it says i dont have any debit orders... Ive used all my airtime to contact fnb and i never reached a consultant to help with this... Taking peoples money for something we didnt agreed upon... I want my money back and i dont want that topup they assumed i wanted!!!!!
