FNB Connect ****!!
FNB Connect is the biggest **** EVER!!. I have a 6 Months Promotional 500GB deal for R89.00. The data has not been allocated and frustration is that you have already debited. How do you offer such a product but fail to ensure a seamless transition. Paballo the Agent who was helping me, then tells me towards the end of the call that i can draft a Will with FNB. How do i trust any of your products if you cannot provide a seamless network service? Why must i even call you? I have had a contract with MTN, I never had to call them to load the service they offered me...But with YOU, i must set aside time to call you for that service.

26 Sept 2025, 13:59It is so frustrating to have to call you for a product that has a duration and the debit order goes off efficiently...And for Paballo to sell me more FNB products when you can't even activate data?? How does one trust other products going forward??
