FNB CONNECT

To whom it may concern.

I am very displeased with the service i have been getting from FNB Connect.

Firstly i purchased a cell phone online where i chose the option for prepaid and not contract, i was given a contract simcard. I called in to port my number and to find out what package i was on and i was informed incorrectly the consultant stated only once my sim has been successfully ported will i be able to purchase airtime (Less probing was done)
Then a couple days later i struggled to recharge i called in again where i spoke to another consultant which advised me I'm on a open line contract and in order for me to be able to recharge again i need to settle the open bill that i used. Nonetheless i stated to the guy what happened initially and he explained it could have been a misunderstanding between me and the consultant i spoke to initially. The second consultant said i should settle the bill which i did, I also explained to him i don't want the open line and i want the option i chose initially when i signed up the contract online. The consultant stated the it can only be done as from the 01/09/2016 I will be on prepaid. i called first week of September to confirm my package and i was told i am still on the open line, i explained to the third consultant that i had a confirmation that as from the 01/09/2016 i will be on prepaid, i must say this was one rude, no empathy no understanding consultant i spoke to which she said there is nothing she can do but i should wait for another 30 days.
All i want you as the complaints department to do is listen to all my calls with all confirmation from your consultant (the calls are recorded) confirming my package and port me back to cell c.

In September another lady called me from their complaints detpartment with the impression she will resolve my problem and i requested her to migrate me where she confirmed it will be done in October, the month is almost over and still on the same package.

i think my next option if nothing is done abot this i will go to the ombuds
