FNB Connect... 1.5 Hours and 10 Call Centre Agents later and I am still not helped

Reference:

- 1.5 hours spent on the phone over 2 days - 10 People spoken to at FNB Connect including Dudu, Lea, Boitumelo, Florence, Leona, Lea and Neo - Number phoned ********** (FNB Connect)

I have bought a R399 call package from FNB. I have bought a SIM card from Vodacom. I want to port the Vodacom number to FNB. Simple? NOT! Last week upon purchasing the package, when speaking to someone by the name of Luanda, I was made to believe that this can happen when the sim card is delivered to me which occurred yesterday.

After call number 9 it turns out that FNB has ordered 2 simcards with the same package and the number has been linked to the SIM card that wasn't delivered to me.

FNB then asked me (after 9 people that I have spoken to) to phone Vodacom to cancel the port. I did phone Vodacom who then said that there is no port request on the number in question.

What is going on here? How long must I go in circles to make use of the FNB Connect package that I have already paid for????

I'm lost for words. If you are reading this and considering switching to FNB Connect, I would strongly discourage you unless you have 1,5 hours (and counting) to waste on call centre agents who are really not interested in helping and processes which are non-existent.
