FNB Connect

My mobile device was ****** and I immediately done the necessary by calling my service provider, FNB Connect (which is powered by CellC). After blocking, ordering a new sim, etc, the second step was to request my ITC reference number in order to open a case at a police station in hope that my mobile device can be located (this has successfully been located by CPT police before). From waiting two days for my ITC ref. number to be generated was fine, later became three weeks - Ridiculous! I've sent numerous complaints, dealt with a number of contact center agents (some of which didnt know what an ITC ref. no. was) and been into the bank (Portside branch) where I couldn't be assisted as fnb connect is located elsewhere and can only be contacted via call. I cannot open a case at the police station as I don't have an ITC reference number that FNB/CellC failed to generate due to issues they're experiencing for three weeks. Still no communication to me from FNB Connect regarding my ITC reference number. I am highly disappointed in their FNB Connect service to their client. FNB's banking services are the best and I personally wouldn't change this, but I would not recommend their connect services as this experience was unprofessional.

Dear FNB Connect Complaints Resolution Department,

My complaint still has not been resolved.

How can you help me? By communicating to the correct department/service provider and persons involved, advise them of my complaint, generate my ITC reference number and e-mail it to me - simple. I've waited three weeks for a reference number to be generated and still I haven't received any feedback. You've provided me with numerous excuses, what will your next excuse be?
