FNB Connect

So I took a device from FNB connect, 2 years back. It was a 24 months contract but I paid it up in 6 months. I received my minutes and data the remainder of the contract. I was happy with FNB connect until my contract ended and they sign me up for another contract without my knowledge. I just saw money debited on my account, I then received a message congratulating me on changing to another contract. I was surprised, I called and I was told that it would be cancelled but my money won’t be reversed. The contract is still not cancelled
