FNB Connect ****

FNB connect are a ****mers I took a contract with them that included a free 500gb data bundle ever month for the first 6 months of the contract. However, the data expires after 30days and a new bundle is not loaded until I complain and query, which I'm then told to wait 5 to 7 working days for the new bundle to be uploaded. It does not get uploaded after 7 days and then I have to query again, so they do a manual upload and then only is my data uploaded. This is a problem every month and I get the same excuses every month from the service advisors. I have to spend money for data for 7 days every month because of the incompetence of FNB connect.

Do not take contracts with FNB Connect!!!!
