FNB CONNECT

FNB connect Sim I did get a fnb Sim card years ago when purchasing a phone from them. I've never activated or used the Sim. Yesterday I get a notification regarding data expiring I logged on to my banking app to see what it's all about and it's this stupid Sim. At no point did I buy data or airtime. Now this morning Fnb deducts R107 from my account for airtime and data for the Sim card!!! I don't even have the Sim card. Secure chat complete waste of time . I'll be heading to the Ombudsman Monday and laying a ***** charge against Fnb
