Fnb confusing bank fees

I opened a FNB Private Wealth Current Account *** in this month of April a account I didn't yet get to make ues of yet I decided to request it to be downgraded to a esay account that was done but I was charged R370 in bank fees how is that possible when I even uesed the account and the account was opened this month also I was billed a R79 for a Amazon membership on a virtual card that was canceled how can fnb allowed a transaction to go off on a canceled virtual card this R370 as well how can you bill me for a account I didn't even yet ues that was opened a week or 2 ago
