FNB CONFUSED OF WHAT I OWE / WHAT REFUND IS DUE / WHAT NEEDS TO BE WRITTEN OFF
For the life of me I cant fathom why I cant be provided with the correct info. 2 weeks ago I was told by Marcel Ferguson that what I owed to FNB was mostly bank charges and he was liaising with Debt Rescue & his manager to get it written off. after 2 weeks of pestering and MANY MANY MANY EMAILS, I finally get a call now - apparently there was a power outage yesterday, so what happened on the other days?? Marcel Ferguson says its on my cheque account that will be written off. stories change again!! myword, hire me FNB, clearly you dont need to comprehend anything to work there! 2 months ago, i was emailed about the same accounts saying I was due a refund. what are you'll trying to do to me? does anyone competent work there?

04 May 2022, 15:33if i thought Marcel Ferguson was useless, clearly I was wrong, he gets it from his manager. she just took up hours of my life to come back with no feedback after what Marcel told me was wrong. who's fault is that ??? why must i suffer if FNB staff continuously provide me with wrong feedback. go pull out all calls made to me from Marcel and tell me where he said charges would only be written off on one account. I cant believe the level of incompetency!

send me the call recordings proving that Marcel did provide me with the correct information.

further to that, you have the nerve and audacity to come back and say we can do nothing, prove to that I am lying and Marcel is right!!
to cause more frustration and anxiety, you ask me now what do I want you to do! WRITE OFF THE ACCOUNTS LIKE MARCEL DISCUSSED.

09 May 2022, 12:57So Shumeera is very very biased and unprofessional. according to her, the last call Marcel Ferguson explained to me about the 2 accounts ()but is refusing to listen and provide me feedback on all his emails - asking me not to pay) as well as the call saying "it looks like these are charges and we looking at writing it off, I am liaising with my manager and debt rescue. we are investigating" . 09/05/2022 - Shumeera wants to send the voice recording to a branch for me to listen. is she crazy!! this query started in Dec 2021 and to date not resolved. where is the professionalism FNB???? How can you'll be such ***** after TWO OF YOUR STAFF - MANDISWA MTSHALI AND MARCEL FERGUSON PROVIDED ME WITH INCORRECT INFO! NO BUSINESS ETHICS? Seriously disgusted at the **** youll are running.
