FNB confused *********** employees

I Called the FNB contact Centre on *** to log a + 40 days debit order reversal request on 19 March. The Consultant who assisted me provided me with the debit order dispute form which I completed & submitted via e-mail to ***. To my surprise I received an automated response advising that the said e-mail address was decommissioned. I called the Call Centre again & was provided with a different e-mail address (***), which I suspected was incorrect as I was querying a debit order & not a card transaction. I went to the Nicolway branch for assistance but could also not be assisted as no one at the branch know what the correct e-mail address is. Out of desperation, as no one in FNB knew the actual address, I forwarded my request to : info@fnb; care@fnb as well as eftedo@fnb. I received an SMS on 26 March advising that my request is not for a debit/credit card query & that I should contact debit order reversals on ***. I've been trying that number without success. Can I please ask that anyone from FNB just confirm that my query is at the correct department & being dealt with. Can FNB also please update the correct e-mail address for debit order queries older than 40 days.

Dear FNB....Can you please stop your incompetence & attend to my query. Just had a response from a Catherine at your Contact Centre Service Recovery advising me; "our disputes department no longer excepts manual documents. Please use any of our digital platforms to do this and advise once done in order for me to expedite your dispute ", which is totally unacceptable.....2 weeks later. I feel that FNB is applying delaying tactics with my request to hide their incompetence. PLEASE JUST RESOLVE MY ISSUE & STOP SENDING ME 20 USELESS SMS'S ADVISING THAT YOU ARE ATTENDING TO MY QUERY AS YOU HAVE DONE NOTHING YET...
