FNB Completely useless!!

Most horrible banking experience!

Would not recommend them to ANYONE!

I have been banking with FNB for 6 years now and in time of need they have let me down! I will be switching banks immediately !

How is it so difficult to speak to a manager or to just do a reversal???? HOW ON EARTH ARE YOU NOT ALLOWED TO DO ANY REVERSALS DURING THIS TIME??? This is out bread and butter and you are literally withholding this from me. Sending me to 4 different departments and then transferring me from one person to another just because they cannot do their job!

And your motto is ''how can we help you??'' Load of ******* man!
