FNB Completely Unhelpful With ********** Debit Orders

<p>Noticed that my account was being debited by several companies I had never heard of. I call FNB to report this and not only am I told to investigate the matter myself, I am told I'll be charged R18 per debit order to reverse the transactions. What exactly are we paying R200 a month for? If someone breaks into your house, ADT will never ask you to look into the matter. And guess what, they have no way to flag these transactions in the future. Complete and utter *******. </p> <p> </p> <p>NB: Companies are Aqwelle Marketing and Piper Parrow - watch out for them! They usually debit around R99</p>
