FNB COMPLANIT

My FNB account was debited by an unknown MAC AND THINGS the funny part is that I didnt have enough money on the account but FNB didnt decline the transaction as they usually do or even ask me to approve the transction I m very dissapointed with FNB as my account is now sitting on a debit balance because of this
