FNB Complaints website Useless
This FNB have a feature on their website to Lodge complaints, Compliments ETC and they promise to call you back in 24 Hrs. i logged a complaint 3 days back - till today today they havent lived to their promise. i think this big companies are getting big headed and the levels of services are shockingly decreasing. i think i need to join Capitec.
