I had a problem with FNB connect regarding a refund and service I received.After I published and complaint regarding my issue regarding FNB connect .The complaints lady I forgot her name handle my case professional and was very helpful.Even call to confirm if I received my refund .Thank you very much for helping me sorry I forgot the lady name at the complaints line .
