FNB Complaint

We app**** for the home loan at FNB last year April 2022 and submitted all the required documents. The process has been dragging on till to date. On the 22 February 2023 I contacted FNB representative named Rishan Kulfath to get feedback and he informed me that the deal has been cancelled. I am appalled at the service I received from FNB, I would like to know why the process took so long and why it was cancelled. I consistently had to email FNB for progress hence I received no feedback from fnb.
