FNB COMPLAINT
Good day
I transfered money from my cheque acc to my savinhs acc at FNB. The money dissapeared about immediately as well as a trfr from another bank also into my FNB savings. I went to the bank, the poor consultant was transferred at headoffice for about an hour to diff depts,, without any resolution. At last one said it went immediately to Wesbank, i never in my entire life had an account with Wesbank. I went to FNB again, unfort the consultant was on lunch. I phoned today, no answer or reply????!!!!! I fear that my salary might dissapear as well and nobody at the bank cares!!!!

16 Feb 2024, 11:30Unbelievable, the consultant of FNB contact me and said R93 000 was paid into my Capitect acount instead of R9300!!!! That is not my query at all, im qeurying R200 that dissapeared out of my savings acc and its 2 weeks now and theyre not even able to sort this out R200. What if it was more??????
