FNB Complaint

I logged a complaint with FNB on the 13th of August 2024, about paying to much bank fees, as I was registered as a spouse on my husband profile and was only supposed to pay R225.00 per month, but paid R550.00 per month. According to the person that assisted me and confirming that I was supposed to pay R225.00 per month, it was a human error. The other excuse was because I was not with the same private banker than my husband. With my salary I do not even qualify to be with a private banker. I requested a refund but up to date I have not received any feedback regarding my complaint.
