FNB Complaint

I am a former employee of FNB and need my request dealt with asap as the staff have been completely unhelpful. I resigned from FNB and my account was then relegated to risk 2 by VBS. This now messes up my credit rating and prevents me from earning ebucks. I was told to take the relevant documentation to my branch, which is Davenport, to have this escalated back to risk 0. Zain Gunny said she would assist me and contact me the next day. This never happened. 3 weeks later, 2 emails and a phone call to Zain, she spun me a story which was a lie. Clearly she is not competent at handling these matters which I could do with my eyes closed on a daily basis. She not once ever attempted to contact me with any form of feedback. I was taught the turn around time was 48 business hours to get back to a client with feedback, whether their request was resolved or not, to keep the client updated and satisfied with the service. She advised that all my debt needed to be paid up before anything could happen. Trevolin Naidoo from VBS Durban contacted me, as he looks after the accounts for Davenports clients, advised me that he told Zain no such thing and that if I wanted my profile escalated back to risk 0 then I would need to provide proof of employment. In my 8 years of working for FNB, none of my former colleagues that resigned from FNB were ever relegated to risk 2 nor were they asked to provide proof of employment. I highly doubt that the credit department scans each account to see who is unemployed in order to place their accounts in risk 2?! I am being highly discriminated against and Trevolin said he cannot do anything for me. He also mentioned that he GRACIOUSLY did not hand me over to the legal department. I am totally disgusted. My profile is absolutely clean, not one unpaid debit order AND enough funds flowing into the account to be a Platinum account rather than gold. Take your gracious and shove it where the sun does not shine. If this is not sorted out, I will be contacting my labour lawyer and taking this matter to the newspapers as I have been treated like a ********, like dirt and discriminated against. Never would I have imagined of changing banks but I am seriously considering it after the way I have been treated and spoken to, not only as a former employee but as a CLIENT!!!!!!
