FNB COMPLAINT
Good day, We still didn't received all the statements for Case number ***4 regarding the Estate for all the accounts for the last 2 years until date of death. No one can assist with EBucks which were to be transferred to the husband. They open a new account, but the information and debit orders and overdraft of the deceased is on the husbands new account.

06 Mar 2024, 15:18We received the following feedback from FNB. Heir's account is nil. Heir can't transfer the Ebucks to his Business Account. The Heir just confirmed that he was at FNB. It shows that the Estates Late Business Account was linked to the Heirs Business account. Nobody gives permission.
The Ebucks can be transferred to his Business Account. There is no mention of the estates Business account reporting, but the Executor received already a Claim for the account. What is happening at FNB? We reported the Estate in October 2023. We also wait for the statements we requested.
