FNB complain

I was withdrawing money on my account my card does not come out immediately l did receive a message saying there someone is withdraw ing R3400 on my account at that some moments l tried to log inn on my FNB app l did not get throu l did receive and sms of someone is trasferring moneny from my savings account to my personal as l cant keep money on my personal account as l was thinking is safe to keep money there but here at Fnb nothing is safe they take again R20000 on my account sometime so after that l manage to open FNB app l transfer ed all amounts that was left on my account to someone l now immediately But now Fnb bank they dont help us to return our money as that happened on 12 September but until now there is no any help comes to the FNB bank and l dont have any money for my business and personal they good for them to be quite but for us we are not safe to live our money there if there is some one can know what must l do please help ***
