FNB competition not trusted
I've won a R200 voucher from FNB and now when I need to claim or redeem my voucher no one knows about it all of sudden, I called FNB they kept me waiting for 5 days getting information about it and I'm still waiting, i called FNB again my issue is still not resolved if they can't help me as my bank where must I go now. This is very frustrating asking for help every day and not getting it.

Some one called me on Friday informing me that they escalated the matter and I'll wait for 48 hours to get feedback. So I'll wait till they call if they don't ill launch another complaint because it will be two weeks working one issue. Thank you
