FNB compared to Nedbank + FNB best customer service offered in the branch and their call centre too 100% happy

Hi I am very much happy with the service I received from First national Bank as I recently opened an easy account with them and without any judgement a lady by the name of Charlene and Gift working at springs assisted me with opening an account and advised me of all charges made to all accounts monthly I had a wonderful experience after getting a poor service from Nedbank as the lady from the springs branch was too Cousy and had judgemental I ssues after I informed her I was unemployed she told me how would I afford to pay monthly charges as she never looked in terms of money I make on my own business but gladly took my things to FNB and without any judgement they assisted me with any hassle and will be glad to buy them lunch as a compensation by month end and too my surprise I linked my new FNB card to my PayPal account as that my other side job I do as a freelancer and it only took one call as they guided me through the whole process and I recommend anyone looking to open a second bank account to try FNB in springs 7th avenue the stuff is very much friendly and helpful and big ups once more to their call centre that deals with PayPal FNB they know how to treat a customer and make you feel special with all these pandemic and unemployment rate they do really value their job.
