FNB - Comms is useless

Could you kindly tell me what is happening w.r.t to this issue? ***

I got a call from your consultants saying there is nothing wrong from my side and I do not need to worry. On the other hand, I am being hassled by your debt collectors. This is really annoying to say the least. Can someone sort this out ASAP???
