FNB Comms are MIA

It's unreal to think that they deem themselves to be the most progressive and innovative bank in the country, but you cannot get a reply out of them. I've sent the same mail to the credit card department over the course of 2 months, and get the same automated response indicating they've received my mail, but nobody bothering to actually make contact. The absolute last resort is this, but it's the only thing that seems to work. Sloppy.
