FNB changes your debit order dates with no authorization then tells you that you are in arrears. When you query the matter they cant pull your contract you have to go to a branch to do it then you have to email it to all departments to change the debit order date cause they are useless and just say we apologize for any inconvenience caused. This is ***** they can not change a legally binding date to what they feel like.
